Devstream 133 was a unique experience to say the least: it was our first Reb-only Devstream, that was then crashed by Steve and his own stream. If you’re not interested in the shenanigans, we have compiled all of the important information for you in our overview below.

Housekeeping

Ivara Prime

Ivara Prime is our next Prime Warframe, created by the original artist behind Ivara with a jellyfish theme:

She is coming with the Baza Prime and Aksomati Prime:

Sentient Tile

Here’s another look at the Sentient Tileset we have been teasing for months now. This tileset will be focused on verticality and mobility, and will have Sentient-only enemies -- some you’ve seen before, but many new ones as well. Reb specifically mentioned 5 or 6 new enemies were in the works, and you might have seen some at the Art Panel at TennoCon this year as well.

Here’s a look at the tileset, and some of the new enemies:

Rising Tides - Dry Dock

Depending on when the overview goes out, Rising Tides might already be live on PC! It’s hopefully slated for today, featuring the following:

• Drydock for you to build in your Clan Dojo!

• It will cost 200k Credits, 850 Circuits, 15 Tellirium, 1 Forma, 25k Salvage for Ghost Clan. Times that by 3 for Shadow, 10 for Storm, 30 for Mountain, 100 for Moon.

• This will not come with Railjack Battles, but is a way for you to prepare your Dojo and build your Railjack before that content releases.

• New Orbiter, ft. new art and lighting and your own skylight! If you have a heavily-decorated Orbiter, your decorations should hopefully be mostly unaffected, but we do have “delete all” options if you want to start fresh.

• Critical Chance Riven stats will be buffed for Melee Rivens, including a few other Melee Mods being touched.

Archwing Changes

• As promised, we are doing away with Itzal’s Blink and applying it as a base capability on all Archwings. This functionality will not cost energy and will have a cooldown -- there was a lot of back-and-forth about the cooldown timing on-stream, so I won’t get into specifics since nothing was concrete. The update notes will tell all!

• Afterburner is now instantaneous instead of something you build towards.

• Itzal’s new ability is a ripline that allows you to grab onto terrain and pull yourself towards it, or grab onto enemies and pull them towards you:

Kuva Lich Changes

We are planning on expanding the Requiem and Parazon system to other factions. We are planning to continue iterating on the existing system following feedback in the new year. In the meantime, we do have two additional changes that should be releasing with Rising Tides:

• If you down your Lich three times in a mission without using your Parazon on it, it will flee but not rank up.

• Rank 1, 2, 3, and 4 Liches now drop Kuva for all squad members when a Parazon is used on them - whether that leads to defeat or ranking up, the Kuva is yours on Ranks 1 through 4!

Zaw Skins

After many years of player feedback and our team trying to find a solution, Zaw weapons will be able to equip skins based on their strike type:

Equinox Deluxe

She’s finally ready to release, here’s a look at her in-game!

New Corpus Weapon

A radiation-themed weapon, that impales literal bars of radioactive material into your foes!

Other Tidbits:

• Pets 2.0 is still being worked on, but we don’t have an ETA!

• Dual Wielding is being considered for other melee weapons, but we’re currently sticking with Glaive-only for the time being.

• Expect Liches to have a connection with Raljacks, like seen at TennoCon!

• Room Destruction in Dojos might no longer have a delay, or at least was discussed internally.

• Kuva Liches have been discussed as potential Railjack Crew. Fun! Syndicates might also have a role in your Railjack Crew once that is released as well.
