About Vauban Heirloom

The concept for Vauban Heirloom was sourced from Community Artist Lua_Luminary. The initial design featured a striking silhouette and essential Heirloom details that the team felt made it a perfect fit for the next Heirloom Collection after Rhino.

Carrying forward the glowing emissive body that's become a defining characteristic of Heirloom Skins, but adding unique attachments like Vauban Heirloom's Overcoat, Lua_Luminary created an evocative and imposing design that the team couldn't wait to bring to life.

Incorporating Vauban's signature deployable Abilities was also a consideration. Bringing the rope motif from the concept art into Vauban's innovative technology makes for a consistent experience for players, who want their Heirloom Collection to stand apart. The Vauban Heirloom Signa also shares these braided details, lending a historic feeling that signifies Vauban's storied legacy in the Origin System.

How has the program changed?
Significant changes have been made to the Heirloom program since its creation to make it more community-focused and eliminate any fear of missing out. This Heirloom Collection carries forward those same changes, meaning all the pieces in the Collection will remain available for all Tenno in the in-game Market — even after the pack available for local currency is removed.
Are there any differences between the two paths?
Whether you opt to purchase a Collection using real world currency or Platinum, you’ll receive all of the Heirloom Customizations available for that specific release! However, Collections purchasable via real world currency will also include Platinum.
Can I buy the items separately?
Yes, you are able to purchase individual items such as the Vauban Heirloom Skin or Vauban Heirloom Signa from the in-game Market should you decide you don’t want the full Collection.
Are Heirloom Collections still time-locked? Do I need to buy within a limited window?
No! While purchases of the Mag and Frost Heirloom Collections were halted after December 31, 2023, we have permanently extended the availability window going forward for future Heirloom Collections. Platinum purchase paths for Heirloom Collections and individual Heirloom items will live on forever through the in-game Market (Heirloom Collections purchasable via real world currency will remain time-limited, however).
How long is the Vauban Heirloom Collection available?
The Vauban Heirloom Collection will be available with bonus Platinum until the next Heirloom Collection release. After that point, only the Platinum purchase options will be available in the in-game Market.
Will the Vauban Heirloom Collection return in the future?
While the Vauban Heirloom Collection will not return for purchase with your local currency, you will be able to purchase the individual items and the Collection in the in-game Market for Platinum.
What if I don’t have Vauban in my Arsenal?
If you don’t currently own Vauban, you can still purchase the Vauban Heirloom Collection, but you won’t be able to equip the Vauban Heirloom Skin on any other Warframe. However, the Vauban Heirloom Signa and Color Palette can be used on all Warframes. Alternatively, you can purchase a fully built Vauban Warframe from the Market, or spend Regal Aya with Varzia Dax to receive Vauban Prime as a part of applicable Prime Resurgence rotations for a limited time. Can I use the Signa Customizations on other Warframes?
Yes, you are able to use the Vauban Heirloom Signa on all your Warframes.
