The team is back on the couch for our first Devstream showcase of The Old Peace featuring The Devil’s Triad! We spoke in-depth about our three new Protoframes, the Operator remaster, The Descendia, Gyre Prime, and much more! For our second and final showcase, be sure to tune in to Devstream 191 later in November.

The Old Peace: Coming December 2025
The Old Peace releases this December, but we’ve got lots to show you before then! Devstream 190 marked our first showcase, in which we focused on The Devil’s Triad, new game mode The Descendia, our Operator/Drifter remaster, player titles, Gyre Prime Access, and more! With Devstream 191, you’ll get a glimpse at more of The Old Peace, including another new game mode, The Perita Rebellion.
Note: The Old Peace won’t use our traditional Syndicate system; instead, it works solely with new game modes and gameplay loops!
The Devil’s Triad Protoframes
Tenno will find their way to ‘XX99’ to meet The Devil’s Triad through a portal in the Sanctum Anatomica (Entrati is full of surprises). When you arrive, you’ll meet the Harrow, Wisp, and Uriel Protoframes.
Harrow’s Protoframe is Father Lyon Allard (voiced by Will de Renzy-Martin). Check out his Arsenal Customizations and Gemini Emote!
Wisp’s Protoframe is Marie Leroux (voiced by Elsa Pérusin). See her Arsenal customizations and Gemini Emote, as shown on the stream.
Uriel’s Protoframe is the Orokin, Roathe (voiced by René Zagger). He has a unique 50/50 tint split between his Warframe body parts and Orokin armor which you can see for yourself here. We also showed off his Gemini Emote, which you can view here.
Uriel, the Devil Warframe
Uriel is our 63rd Warframe! While we’ll have more to say about his Abilities in Devstream 191, Pablo revealed that Uriel functions like a “reverse summoner,” working around his minions. As expected, he'll comes with some unique Customizations, too:

KIM Expansion (GIM)
To the delight of our viewers we revealed that the new Protoframes will be romanceable! However, they’ve been added to a new system called the GIM, meaning that your 1999 relationships will be unaffected (rizz Eleanor to your heart’s content while givin’ Roathe the eyebrows).
Because The Devil’s Triad won’t have a New Year’s kiss, they will release with their own "dating room" Captura scenes for exciting new photo opportunities (and their own kisses, of course).
Operator/Drifter Remaster
Operators and Drifters are undergoing some major visual changes! While we’ve done our best to match your original Operator/Drifters to the remaster, they will likely look quite different!
When The Old Peace releases, players will be met with a prompt explaining how we’ve remastered Operators, and you’ll be asked to choose from two options:
- Customizing/editing your Operator/Drifter immediately, or,
- Jumping straight into the game first and customizing later.
Face-blending has been re-worked and re-done from scratch, aiming for a more contemporary and next-gen look. Eye customizations have received an update as well!
With the Operator/Drifter remaster, a wide range of options for new makeup customizations have been introduced, such as improved colour customization, transparency options, and new/different Material Structures like metallics.
Eyebrow customization has been added, while beards (for the Drifter) have received an overhaul, along with all of our hairstyles!
A new Operator/Drifter outfit based on Roathe’s design will also be coming with The Old Peace.
The Descendia
The Descendia will see Tenno descend through multiple floors full of enemies and challenges in order to acquire powerful Rewards. It boasts a new tileset (stacked on top of itself) and will also include a Steel Path variant!
Details:
- The Descendia boasts twenty-one floors in total.
- Every seven floors, you'll meet a member of The Devil's Triad who acts as a checkpoint to either leave or queue into – we don’t want you to feel like you have to commit to the whole tower in one go, so this gives you an out if needed!
- Players will fight through all twenty-one floors to earn new Rewards!
During the Devstream, we played through the first seven floors of The Descendia, but you can catch a quick snippet of Megan and Hanna's descent here. In order to earn the aforementioned Rewards, you'll need to battle some surprising, yet familiar foes.
Honoria (Player Titles)
Player titles are coming in the form of a new system: Honoria! Tenno can enshrine their accomplishments by displaying unique titles acquired by triumphing over various challenges, Quests, and more.
Gyre Prime
Gyre Prime Access is also on the way, accompanied by her Kestrel Prime and Alternox Prime!
Coming in Devstream 191
The Perita Rebellion
We’ll discuss The Perita Rebellion on Devstream 191 as part of our second The Old Peace showcase. A quick disclaimer, Tenno: this is not the return of Raids!
Tauron Strikes
Every Focus School is receiving their very own Tauron Strike, represented by various weapons. In Devstream 190, we showed off Unairu, swinging down with concussive might. Stay tuned for a glimpse at more!
