Jade Shadows: Constellations - Coming June 2026

 Devstream 195 Overview

Jade Shadows: Constellations includes a sequel to the original Jade Shadows Quest. We partnered with THE LINE (who animated our Warframe: 1999 Short) to bring this announcement to life with an animated short directed by Louve Sarfati Karnas!

Warframe Creative Director Rebecca Ford had this to say about the update:

“Eternalism. The future. A future where the son who was not chosen lives in a doomed reality where all is lost to madness. Their only option is to come back to find Stalker, the father. But there is only one Stalker. Future Sirius and Future Orion fight with their mentors at their side to capture Stalker to bring him to their future."

Be sure to tune into our May Devstream to learn much more about both Sirius and Orion!

New Protoframes

Alongside the sons, two new Protoframes are coming: Ryoku (Ash) and Vena (Garuda).

 Devstream 195 Overview

Ryoku is loyal to Sirius, and you can see him in-game here

 Devstream 195 Overview

Meanwhile, Orion is mentored by Vena, who we looked at in-game, as well!

The Protoframes will come with their own Gemini Emotes. You can see Vena’s here and Ryoku’s here!

They aren’t romanceable, nor will they have a KIM system. However, they will both be recruitable as part of your Railjack Crew once you earn their trust through their respective Railjack Missions!

New Railjack Missions

Following the completion of Jade Shadows: Constellations, Tenno will be able to access brand new Railjack content.

Dante Tytonis

Coming with Jade Shadows: Constellations is the Dante Tytonis Skin, accompanied by Noctua Lophos and the Gallistrix Warfan Skin!

The Baruuk Deluxe Skin announced during Devstream 194 will be coming in a later update, so stay tuned for more. We thank you for your patience, Tenno!

New Incarnons

 Devstream 195 Overview

We first revealed our next set of Incarnons last month during Devstream 194, but have now confirmed that the following will be released as part of Jade Shadows: Constellations!

  • Ballistica
  • Destreza
  • Obex
  • Stug
  • Vectis

Mesa Heirloom Updates

 Devstream 195 Overview

Thanks to a hearty bounty of community feedback, Mesa Heirloom will have a new duster to accompany her Heirloom Skin (optional to equip, of course). See it for yourself in-game here.

And yes, that is a cowboy hat Signa. Yeehaw.

Quality of Life

No Warframe update would be complete without a new round of QoL changes. You can now look forward to the following:

  • Camera Offset changes will give you control of your camera’s position to prevent your fashion from getting in the way! Tenno will have access to the side offset, placing the camera further to the side, or the far offset, which places it further back and higher up. See a preview here.
  • Knockdown changes are inbound! Our goal is to improve the overall game feel when you're knocked down, and reduce the difficulty/friction when performing a quick recovery. See a preview here.
  • Damage over time effects will appear on Health bars, making specific damage types more visually presentable on enemies.
  • Junction bosses are being re-balanced: Specters will lose their Shields (but have more Health), Ammo and Energy pick-ups are now present, and Volt, Ember and Mesa will utilize the Vanguard version of their Abilities and weapons!
  • Companion XP Gains are being changed so that if both you and your Companion attack an enemy, you’ll both earn the XP!
  • Performance improvements continue, emphasizing faster Dynamic Lighting and culling Decals for improved FPS.
  • Four new Arcanes are inbound! Be sure to read our Patch Notes once they’re released for more information.

That's all, Tenno! Thanks for reading, and we'll see you during our next Devstream in May!
