Welcome to issue 53 of The Remote Observer, Tenno! With the PC release to Operation: Buried Debt, there is a whole bunch of new and chunky goodies for you to sink your teeth into. While you may have seen the update notes posted on the forums, there are a couple things you might have missed.

But first, just a quick reminder...

BIG WARFRAMES AND BIGGER BUG FIXES!

PC Tenno have had quite the week. Now that Hildryn is out and stomping all over Corpus chumps with a new take on Melee, there is a lot of new content for you to experience, but some thing may have gone unnoticed by those sharp Tenno eyes... BUG FIXES. This week’s Mainline update included a whole host of Quality of Life fixin’s and here are some you might have missed:

• TALKY-TALKY! - The Biz and Hai-Luk have something to say about fish rarity now. I guess they are pen-pals or belong to the same fishing union or something. See you at the Lodge!

• MAKE IT PRETTY! - Several UI’s have received overhauls to bring them up to the new standard look, such as Dojos, Arcanes, and even a toggle added for damage numbers. LOOK, WITH YOUR SPECIAL EYES.

• MINING IN THE DANGERZONE! - Some of you like the thrill of geology while taking heavy fire. Well, now your UI won’t break if you get shot and downed when mining. You can get up, keep mining, and get shot all over again!

• RELEVANT REVENANT REPAIR! - Revenant has seen some changes and fixes, such as not getting stuck if he takes a dirt nap while being a disco laser, getting a buff to his crowd control spread from Enthrall pillars, and polishing up his Mesmer Skin. Serious Sentient Super Strength!

• GHET TO DA LANDUUUHH! - If you are in a Survival, Excavation or Interception mission and you have had enough, now you can head to the exit without forcing the whole squad to leave! Just turn up at extraction until the timer runs out, and you are free! Do it naaauuggghhh!

• NUCLEAR DIET! - The Profit-Taker was caught chowing down on a stockpile of old Rubedo-tipped Warheads, and Corpus Engineers aren’t going back in there to get them out. You better make sure you are nowhere close when you take her out!

• SHINY AND CHROME! - The Jackal got a new coat of paint, with all new updated PBR textures! Good to see those layabout, ship maintenance crews are keeping themselves busy while all the other Corpus are getting murdered on the Orb Vallis.

• AUTO MODS; ROLL OUT! - When using the Auto function for installing mods, some changes were made to re-prioritize which mods should be installed. Redirection on Inaros and Nidus? Why not? DO IT LIVE.

• LOST TREASURES! - Fixed a few holes in the Grineer Fortress tileset that would swallow up Ayatan treasures. You just made some poor Grineer mook very unhappy. I don’t think you really care.

NEW TIPS FOR THE EVENT! (NUMBER 2 WILL SHOCK YOU...)

Operation: Buried Debts is a new event, with some new approaches. “How do I get started, or complete said event?” I hear you ask. Well, here are some tips for you!

• GET SCANNING! - There are some new items lying around the Orb Vallis that might need a closer look. If you see a random datapad hanging about, take a scan of it and see what it reveals! MAGICAL SECRETS?

• FROSTY SPIDERS! - You might see a couple creepy, new followers of the Exploiter Orb hanging around. Make sure you squash them and steal what they are carrying! I hear they are hiring exterminators up at the Temple of Profit...

• CLOSE IT UP! - Take your winnings from the Sub-zero Arachnoids, and then take to the skies! You might see some new, glowing additions to the scenery. If you approach them, you will get a message, telling you what to do! Be careful though... a tough fight is in store for you.

• KEEP IT COMING! - Once you have completed one of these new ‘fissures’ make sure you keep hold of the rewards. Perhaps they will be needed for something in the future?
