We’ve deployed an Android-only update to improve performance and address a controller issue.
While we are calling this a hotfix, it is actually a small CERT update (learn more about what that means here). Depending on your Automatic App Update preferences, you may need to manually update the app.
Android Exclusive Changes & Fixes
- Misc performance improvements across Warframe on Android. Mid-to-low end devices, such as the S20 FE, should benefit most.
- Fixed the game logging player out without warning when the overall system / device memory is low.
- Increased texture streaming budget, resulting in clearer textures in many parts of the game.
- Potential fixes for issues causing “App Not Responding” type responses on some devices.
- Fixed an issue that prevented players from purchasing Gyre Prime Access Bundles on Android.
-
Fixed a controller issue on some Android devices, such as POCO F5, where the controller would not work properly until a mission began.
- For example, users experiencing the issue could not interact with game UI while in the Orbiter.
- We are aware of additional issues for controller / gamepad users, and are looking into these as well.
