While this may be a bug in our code it’s possible that updating your drivers may improve stability. Check for Windows Updates or consult your graphics card vendor for help updating your drivers.

This problem may also be caused by third party software injecting overlays into the game; while we strongly discourage the use of third-party software with Warframe, you may be able to improve stability by checking for an updated version.

Overclocking your graphics card or CPU can also lead to issues like this; if you overclock, consider restoring your system to default settings to see if it improves stability.
