PAX East is just around the corner, and if you're lucky enough to have already booked your trip there's a whole lot of things to be excited for -- especially if you're a Tenno! We've taken over the grand halls of Old Earth's Dragonfly Theater during our special Warframe Developer & Community Panel, and will be showing off all kinds of goodies during the event.
Having experienced the rush of PAX a few times already we thought it would be handy to share some tips that may help you get through the weekend unscathed.
Equip a Comfortable Loadout
It can be cold very cold outside and very warm inside so make sure you dress accordingly -- especially if you plan on leaving the convention center to get some food! Having a small backpack on hand definitely helps, not just for carrying swag but for keeping snacks and water on hand when you need it.
Don't Forget Spare Energy Restores
Speaking of snacks, make sure you stay hydrated! There are lots of places to eat locally but lines are almost guaranteed to be long in and out of the convention center. Unless you plan on exploring downtown Boston for food (and we definitely recommend you do) it's important to keep a snack or two on hand for when you need to refuel.
Always have some water nearby and if you want to get something to eat make sure you plan accordingly. You don’t want to miss out on a good seat just because you had to wait in line for your Martian Oasis Jellyfish.
Need Help? Ordis Suggests Finding An Enforcer, Operator!
There's a TON of great stuff going on at PAX, which can make it feel like a really overwhelming place to be. If you're looking for a specific location, feel lost, are trying to find someone or want to report harassment or inappropriate behavior the PAX Enforcers are there for you.
Help Prevent the spread of Infestation
Of all the Gear you equip for this Mission hand sanitizer may be the most important! Fighting the Con Flu is an uphill battle, but equipping yourself properly will help keep you (and your fellow Tenno) healthier in the long run.
Stay Informed on the Battlefield
There's a lot going on at PAX that you'll want to keep a close eye on -- like our exciting panel where we'll be addressing community concerns while showing off some exciting new content. Keeping track of it all can be hard to do, and that's why we recommend keeping a close eye on official PAX and Warframe Twitter accounts!
You can keep an eye on the status of lines through PAX Lines (twitter.com/pax_lines) view official announcements through the Official PAX Twitter (twitter.com/official_pax), or find out up-to-date information on our panel through the official WarframeTwitter account (twitter.com/playwarframe).
We hope these tips help keep you safe, well informed, and with plenty of energy on the battlefield, Tenno! We look forward to seeing everyone at our panel, whether you're visiting us in person or tuning in live over Twitch.
