This Week’s Dev Discussion
A new week in Warframe continues! First up, we have Devshorts, our weekly stream with Creative Director Rebecca Ford, where she talks about the dev team’s thoughts on present and future Warframe content. Rebecca will shed some light on The Lotus Eaters and Sevagoth Prime Access, both of which drop next week, and other improvements coming to the game.
Devshorts will air August 13 at 2 p.m. ET. If you miss the stream, you can still watch the replay via the archives on Twitch and YouTube!
The Lotus Eaters and Sevagoth Prime Access Arrive Next Week
Speaking of updates, The Lotus Eaters is right around the corner, launching on August 21! This is the next step toward Warframe: 1999, with a short Quest that acts as a prologue. The Man in the Wall does not sit idly by, and his machinations will reverberate throughout the Origin System.
On the same date, the golden commander strides onto the deck with Sevagoth Prime Access! Even his Shadow shines with this new release. You’ll be able to instantly pick up Sevagoth Prime and his full armada of Prime gear, such as the Nautilus Prime Sentinel and the Epitaph Prime wrist cannon, as well as his Accessories. You can also earn Sevagoth Prime and his associated items by cracking open Void Relics earned across the Origin System.
Mesa Prime and Limbo Prime Resurgence Continues
The current Prime Resurgence rotation continues. Right now, you can add the opulent outcast or the rococo rift rider to your Arsenal, as Mesa Prime and Limbo Prime emerge from the vault! We also have a special Prime Resurgence rotation of Ember Prime and Rhino Prime, which is great for folks looking to pick up Ember Heirloom or excited about Rhino Heirloom’s 2025 release.
All four Primes can be purchased for Regal Aya, or you can exchange Aya for Void Relics to earn them in-game. If you’re looking for more Aya, tackle Bounties and Missions in the Void!
What to Play this Week: Preparing for The Lotus Eaters
The Lotus Eaters is coming soon, but you’ll need to be caught up in order to play this short Quest.
Ahead of the August 21 launch, you should make sure you've played through the Warframe Main Story Quests to reach Whispers in the Walls on Deimos! Completing these and The Lotus Eaters will ensure you're all caught up for the exciting updates we have planned for later this year, including Warframe: 1999 coming this winter.
